What is a ticket?

A ticket is your personal space for getting help and support from us. Whenever you have a question, encounter an issue, or need assistance, you can create a ticket to let us know about it.

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • When creating any ticket, please make sure to be as descriptive as possible; the more context you give us about the issue, the faster we can help you.
  • Please attach pictures, videos, or documents that show what is actually happening. Try not to take small screenshots just of the problem location, but give us full-size screenshots that give us the full context of the problem.
  • In case of errors, please provide the detailed guide on how to reproduce the same problem you have, this is to save your time and help you faster.
