How to follow up on a ticket

This article will show you how you can follow up on a ticket after it's been created.


Requirements

To follow this tutorial, you must be logged in to the platform and have created a ticket before. If you don't have a ticket, you can follow this tutorial to create one: How to create a ticket.


Steps to follow up on a ticket

  1. Click My Area in the top menu

  2. There you will see all your tickets, you can click on the subject of one of them to see its details.

  3. Once you click on your ticket's subject, you will see all the information you have provided about the ticket.



  4. Once the support team has responded to your request, you can see their message when you refresh the website.


 


Below the subject of the ticket you can find the Reply option.

The Comment button creates notes that do not send any notifications.



Once you click on it you will be able to add your comments and send them by clicking Send.
